Packages are usually shipped within 1 business day of payment receipt (excluding Sunday and Monday - we're closed)
Tracking information is updated upon shipment. Different carriers have different policies regarding tracking procedures and signature requirements for packages. It is up to the discretion of the shipping company if they will require a signature and Government-issued ID scan or not for any item. Many carriers do chose to require signatures and photo ID scans for expensive items and will not deliver if they feel that the item is in danger of being stolen. This is to protect the seller, the shipping company and the buyer. For items of higher value, please be ready to sign for the package with your photo ID or have an adult over 21 do it for you on the day it is expected to be delivered.
BICYCLE SHIPPING: Bicycles are disassembled in order to ship them. Assembly will require a variety of different tools and competencies in bicycle mechanics. It is recommended that they are reassembled upon arrival by a professional bicycle mechanic.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International, Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, and US Protectorates shipments are subject to additional charges. If shipping is "calculated," then the cost is your actual shipping and handling rate. If shipping is "flat rate" (not using calculator), please contact us for a quote before purchasing.
